Hi Promo, Like you, we love travel. And while the restrictions have been important to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we're excited that soon it may be possible to visit family and friends around Australia, and even in New Zealand. Domestic and trans-Tasman flights We're still flying a small number of domestic services for essential travel and to help transport freight, including medical supplies in Australia. And, we'll be ready to put on more flights when government restrictions ease with the great fares you expect from us. Until then, while customer demand remains low, we're cancelling flights in Australia and trans-Tasman to the end of June 2020. If your flight is impacted, we'll contact you from early next week. International flights With the exception of flights to New Zealand, international travel restrictions are likely to remain in place a while longer. So we've extended our other international flight cancellations to the end of July 2020. We've already started contacting customers and will let you know by the end of this week if your flight is affected. Our travel vouchers can soon be used on multiple bookings Following your feedback, we've improved our travel vouchers. From mid-June, all new and existing vouchers issued as a result of the COVID-19 impact on travel can be used across multiple future bookings. That means you can use the value of your voucher to book more than one trip. We also recently extended our voucher expiry dates, giving you 12 months to redeem a voucher and book any available flight. Our flights are generally made available around 12 months in advance, so you'll have about two years to travel. If you made your booking through a travel agent or third-party website (Flight Centre), please remember that you'll need to contact them directly. Help ease restrictions faster with the Australian Government's COVIDSafe App In Australia, one of the fastest ways to help stop the spread of COVID-19 is by downloading the COVIDSafe app. The app speeds up the process for contacting people who may have had contact with someone with coronavirus. This will mean governments can ease travel restrictions sooner, while still keeping the community safe. Downloading the app is something you can do to help protect your family and friends and to help get us travelling again. Thanks for your support - we can't wait to see you on board again soon.
