Fly Well Your health and safety is our highest priority. Our new Fly Well program brings together a number of new and existing wellbeing measures to give you peace of mind as you prepare to travel. |  | What can I expect to see? Your travel experience may look a little different than usual, but as always, our team will be there to guide you through. Some of the Fly Well measures you'll see in the lead up to and during your flight include:
Pre flight
• Contactless check-in (via online/app)
• Contactless scanning of boarding passes further reducing shared contact
• From June, hand sanitising stations throughout terminals and progressively installed at departure gates where feasible
Onboard the plane
• Enhanced cleaning of aircraft with a disinfectant effective against Coronaviruses, with a focus on high contact areas – seats, seatbelts, overhead lockers, air vents and toilets
• From June, masks will be provided to all customers on each flight – not mandatory from a safety point of view, but recommended. You can also bring your own mask if you would prefer
• From June, Sanitising wipes available to you to wipe down seat belts, trays and armrests yourself, if you'd like
