We want to make altering your plans easy. That's why we offer different options for ticket changes – so you have the freedom to choose what suits you best.
Free changes, exchanges and cancellations are available for tickets issued on/before 23 March 2020, for planned travel until 30 June 2020*.

If you know when you’d like to fly
It’s quick, easy and free to make changes to your ticket using Manage Booking. You can push back your travel dates – or select a new destination – in a few clicks.
You can easily exchange your ticket for Cathay Credits. Equal to the value of your original ticket, Cathay Credits can be used to make a new booking at a later date.
We understand that cancelling your ticket may be necessary. We're waiving our usual fees, so you can adjust your plans easily. Please note that, due to the high volume of requests, refunds may take longer than normal to process.
