Since restarting our network last June 2020, we continue to explore ways so you can travel with peace of mind. We hope our new Flexible Bookings will make managing flights more convenient, and give you more confidence for your upcoming trips.
Rebook your flight as many times as you want, up to 2 hours before your flight
Guests who wish to book new flights or forego travel plans (existing bookings) can now avail of Unlimited Rebooking. This applies to guests traveling until November 30, 2020. Change fee is waived. A minimal fare difference may apply.
Store the full value of your booking in a virtual wallet, now valid for use up to 2 years
Guests who would like to postpone their travel to a much later date can manage their bookings and choose Travel Fund. This applies to bookings for travel until November 30, 2020.
Travel Fund* or "virtual wallet" can store the full value of your booking, which can be easily used to book new flights in the future, as far as 2023. Its validity is now extended from one (1) year to two (2) years.
*All active Travel Funds by July 24, 2020 will be automatically extended, so validity will be 2 years. We’ll send an email notification, once extended.
