Singapore Hawker Culture
To celebrate the addition of Singapore's Hawker Culture to the UNESCO Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, Singapore Airlines has partnered with popular hawker brands to offer their signature dishes in First Class and Business Class on selected flights departing from Singapore.
These will supplement our Popular Local Fare programme, where local dishes such as Satay and Bak Chor Mee are already available as options through our 'Book the Cook' service.
Batik Flora by Singapore Airlines
We are also proud to present a uniquely Singapore Airlines scent – Batik Flora, which includes floral notes from six flowers found in our batik flowers motif, such as Seashore Purslane and Aquatic Ginger. We will be introducing Batik Flora at key customer-facing locations, starting at our ION Orchard Service Centre in October 2021.
