We would like to update you that as of today, you may already manage your account and check in via Cebu Pacific website and mobile app with your GetGo login credentials.
 
Also, you will continue to earn points from your Cebu Pacific flights and GetGo program partners. However, there might be some delay with in crediting your points.
 
While we continue to check the incident and as a precautionary measure, all GetGo online channels, (website and mobile app) will remain unavailable. Redemption of flight/s using your GetGo points is also temporarily disabled.
 
We do not wish to further inconvenience but we have to prioritize the security of your data at this time. We assure you that all actions are being done to resolve this concern as soon as possible. We will provide regular updates on the restoration of the rest of the functionalities and any recommended precautionary action you need to take.
