Jetstar flight vouchers are valid for 3 years from time of issuance to purchase flights on jetstar.com. a) 'How to use this Voucher' forms part of these Voucher Terms & Conditions. (b) Booking dates will be strictly applied. Your booking must be made or changed through Jetstar.com or Jetstar Contact Centre before the Expiry Date, for travel on any Jetstar flight available at the time you redeem this Voucher. If you do not redeem this Voucher within this timeframe this Voucher will expire and you will lose the value of this Voucher. If you redeem this Voucher but later change your booking on a date after the Expiry Date, you will lose the value of this Voucher. This Voucher was created on the Issue Date and expires on the Expiry Date as noted on your voucher. The 36 month booking period is calculated as 1095 days from the Issue Date. 1 You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) program to join Qantas Assure Health Insurance. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions. A joining fee usually applies. However, this will be waived if you purchase Qantas Assure Health Insurance.
QFF members who purchase a Qantas Assure (QA) Health Insurance policy between 12:00am on 7/6/18 and 11:59pm AEST on 6/7/18 could earn up to $640 in Jetstar Flight Vouchers. $640 in Jetstar Flight Vouchers is the maximum sign on bonus that can be earned upon purchase of Top Hospital combined with any Extras Cover for Couples, Single Parents or Families. Each QA Health Insurance policy has a maximum sign on bonus that can be earned upon purchase, which can be found here. Jetstar Flight Vouchers will only be awarded to the primary policyholder after the policy has been held for 60 continuous days and will be based on the level of cover held at that time.
