Changes and cancellations: Jetstar uses Liquid Snow Tours as a third party provider. In the event of cancellation more than 70 days prior to departure, Liquid Snow Tours will charge $500 per person cancellation fee in addition to any airline or accommodation and supplier fees. For cancellation within 70 days but more than 30 days prior to departure, Liquid Snow Tours will retain 50% of the total trip price in addition to any applicable airline, accommodation or supplier cancellation penalties. Cancellation within 30 days prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No allowance or refund can be made for unused meals, accommodation, transport, vehicle rental, equipment hire, lift tickets, or any other unused package components once travel has commenced.
