Voucher can be redeemed on Jetstar flights only, through Jetstar.com. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue, for travel within 6 months. The customer name which the Jetstar voucher is issued to must be either the booking contact, or a passenger within the booking on with the voucher is redeemed.
