Book return fares with Tigerair between 24 May - 8 Jun 2016. Make sure that the name used in the flight booking (especially when printed on the airline tickets or flight confirmation), exactly matches the name as registered with the Changi Rewards account and the Member's Passport.
Bring along your Changi Rewards card, Passport, Identification Card, copy of airline booking confirmation, e-Tickets and/or airline's tax invoice with indication of the price of the fare purchased and proceed to the Customer Service counter located in Terminal 3 Basement 2 (public area) within 24 May - 8 Jun 2016, or latest 7 days from the end of the Booking Period for booking verification and credit of Changi Rewards points.
Changi Rewards points will be credited to the Member's account on the 8th of the month immediately following the month that the flight booking was made.
